The adoption of the establishment and loan authorization bylaws was the integral first step in developing a cemetery in Tete Jaune.  During the cemetery’s feasibility process, residents were notified of the many steps required to secure the Carr Road property for cemetery use – primarily land use applications.  

The Regional District is currently in the process of applying to amend the zoning bylaw for the proposed cemetery property to allow cemetery use.
